Mainly used for the decoration of interior and exterior walls and ceilings of buildings, it is a decorative material with high flatness, lightweight, and environmentally friendly without pollution. The panel is mainly made of high-quality 3-series or 5-series aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy aluminum plate as the substrate, with a panel thickness of 0.8~1.5mm fluorocarbon coated board, and a bottom plate thickness of 0.6~1.0mm, with a total thickness of 10mm~25mm being appropriate. The core material uses hexagonal 3003 aluminum honeycomb core, with aluminum foil thickness of 0.04~0.6mm and a side length of 5~6mm. It is produced using fully automated honeycomb board composite production equipment through high-temperature and high-pressure composite processes, overcoming the brittleness of the adhesive layer in previous honeycomb boards. This ensures that the aluminum honeycomb board does not change under humid and high-temperature conditions, making it a high-quality, lightweight, high-strength, and luxurious green decorative material.

Various special-shaped honeycomb panels such as arc panels, folded panels, and trapezoidal panels can be made according to architectural design requirements. All non-flat special-shaped panels such as circular, L-shaped, and U-shaped are formed in one go using molds, and the same project uses the same batch of roller-coated aluminum coils, ensuring no color difference. Low Density: The aluminum honeycomb core structure is a porous and discontinuous material, with a very small cross-section of the solid part, resulting in low density.
