The core material uses hexagonal 3003 aluminum honeycomb core, with aluminum foil thickness of 0.04~0.6mm and a side length of 5~6mm. It is produced using fully automated honeycomb board composite production equipment through high-temperature and high-pressure composite processes, overcoming the brittleness of the adhesive layer in previous honeycomb boards. This ensures that the aluminum honeycomb board does not change under humid and high-temperature conditions, making it a high-quality, lightweight, high-strength, and luxurious green decorative material.
