It is made by applying a thermosetting epoxy resin adhesive to the surface of the corrugated core material and then heating and pressing it to form a metal composite product. Its structural form is similar to that of corrugated cardboard. The advantages include a very smooth surface, and the panel is not easily deformed even with a large panel segmentation ratio. The surface of the panel can be coated in various colors, with a uniform and consistent paint color that is easy to clean. It comes in a variety of colors (including stone-like and wood-like colors). It is lightweight, has high peel strength, and excellent weather resistance. It also has good sound insulation and thermal insulation properties.
